MCSD General Membership Meeting
(Fourth Wednesday of every month)

Details: Plenty of parking, so bring your Mustang. Arrive early to “show off and talk shop” in the parking lot before the meeting. There will be a guest speaker or special event for every meeting.

Aug 25 General Meeting  - Held at Kearny-Pearson Ford, 7303 Clairemont Mesa Blvd.

at 7PM. The meeting will be in the upstairs conference room, come in the front door of the show room and the receptionist will direct you to the stairs.  Park on the side by the entrance to the service center.  Guest speaker is scheduled to be Brian from Boese Insurance

Sep 4 Gearhead Rendezvous  -  10 AM to 1 PM, adjacent to Fosters Freeze, 5129 Waring Rd., (behind Chevron gas station at the corner of Waring Rd. and Orcutt in Allied Gardens). Drive your Mustang! Talk shop, see old friends, make new friends, and have fun!  This month we will have a Gearhead/Tech Session at Mustang Auto on Saturday, September 4. Leave Gearhead around noon & caravan to Mustang Auto (727 El Cajon Blvd) in El Cajon for a tech session & pizza.

 

Sep 8  Board Meeting  -  To be held at Emiliano’s Mexican Restaurant, 6690 Mission Gorge Rd., San Diego. Meeting starts at 7:00 PM. 

 

September 12 Saddleback Mustang Show - meet at 805 and Governor Park n Ride at 7am.  Contact Cheri if you are planning on going

 

Sep 21 Dinner Cruise -    Cruise to the Studio Diner at 4701 Ruffin Rd., San Diego.  Bring your Mustang and join us at 6:30 for good food and good fun.

Sep 25 Coronado Speed Fest - Classic car racing at it’s finest in our own front yard.  26          Like last year there will be a  change in race classes.  Yes, the historic 69-70 Trans Am racers will still be there, but there will be changes in other classes, including historic NASCAR racers.  That should give a whole new sound to the races.  We will leave from the Old Town Ave. Exit off I-5 South on Sunday Sep 26 at 9AM to cruise over to the races and park inside the gate. Oct 3 Mustang Club of San Diego Annual Car Show - To be held once again at the Embarcadero Marina Park North in downtown San Diego.  Plan now to help out, be a sponsor, or just attend.  Call Mike Evans, Car Show Chairman, at 619-443-9085 for info. Send in your  Registration form PDF   asap!

Oct 17 Petersen Museum - (Tentative with enough interest)  Let’s cruise to the Petersen Museum     and see this year’s exhibits. We will leave the park and ride at I-805 and Governor Drive at 8:00am.   Prices are $6.00, Seniors $4.00. Parking is free if you
