The San Diego Mustang Club partnered with VFW Post 1774 to distribute new toys to local needy military families. The club purchased new toys and several Club Members donated toys for boys and girls in target age group of 8-12 year olds

Pat drove for the Miss San Diego Organization and Billy and Wally drove Miss Vista again . Pat Sweeney’s car was involved in an accident before the parade but only sustained minor damage to the driver door edge and a little door mis-alignment. Some old woman in a Lincoln ran into the open door. After yelling at me she drove away. The damage to her car was much more substantial. The La Jolla police witnessed the accident and wanted to chase her but since the damage was so slight he told them to forget it.
